About the HRA-NCA Survey Portal

The Survey Portal is the central repository of surveys and online survey data. In this portal, HR professionals will be able to complete the HRA-NCA Compensation and Benefits Surveys, the Salary Planning Survey, and other surveys that HRA-NCA may conduct over time. You will also have access to survey material, participation packets, job lists, job descriptions, and other resources necessary to participate in the surveys.

The portal also provides access to HRA-NCA's analytical salary survey tool, the Survey Query Tool. This tool will permit you to perform specialized queries on the data published in the surveys. The printed survey reports are limited in the number and types of data cuts that can be displayed. With the Online Survey Query Tool, you will be able to produce any kind of data cut that is of interest to you and your organization. This year, HRA-NCA will conduct the annual HRA-NCA Compensation Survey and the Benefits Survey from February - April 2010. In addition, HRA-NCA will conduct the Salary Planning Survey in September 2010. During these survey periods, you will be able to access the online survey instruments, just like in past years. At the same time, you will have access to the Survey Query Tool. The Survey Query Tool will provide access to the data contained in the most recently published HRA-NCA Compensation Survey. The same user ID and password used to access the survey instrument will provide access to the online survey query tool.
